Students will be admitted to Africa Zeal University at any point of the year by filling in an AZU Application Form, but they will generally report to the university at the beginning of each semester. Some programs may admit students at different times or less frequently.

In addition to the minimum entry requirements, there will be program specific requirements in respect to the mean grade, subject cluster or individual subjects.
Registration is done at the beginning of each semester. New students’ requirements during orientation include;

International students
International students are required to provide the following documents:

East-African Applicant

1. Filled in Application Form.
2. Copy of National Identification Card/ Passport.
3. Authenticated Copies of all academic Transcripts and certificates (Originals MUST be shown to the Admissions Office upon admission).
4. Three passport size photographs.
5. Non-refundable application fee of 10usd.
6. Valid student visa

Non-East African Applicants

1. Filled in Application Form
2. Copy of National Identification Card/ Passport
3. Authenticated Copies of all academic Transcripts and certificates (Originals MUST be shown to the Admissions Office upon admission).
4. Three passport size photos.
5. Non-refundable application fee of 15usd.
6. Valid student visa

NB: With an exemption of South Sudanese, all other students should have their qualifications converted and equated by the MOHEST Directorate of Admission and Authentication South Sudan before submitting to Africa Zeal University
